The rain coat MILFORD reminds us of the classic oilskin jacket, which we, humans, usually wear in the rainy weather. The doggie version made by HUNTER is just as practical and functional. This dog coat is made of smooth polyester fabric with an attractive striped lining, which is very comfortable to wear regardless of whether the dog's coat is curly or smooth, short or long. The outer material is wind- and water-repellent too. There are two elastic straps sewn in the back part for your dog's hind legs that ensures this lightweight rain coat stays in the place even in the strong wind. The jacket perfectly protects all of the most sensitive body parts such as neck, back and belly. In the neck area, you can find a strap to adjust the size of the neck and also a little space, which allows you to attach the leash to the collar. It can be simply tight up by a nicely wide Velcro strap leading around the body. Any dirt can be wiped off easily with a soft, damp cloth; alternatively, you can machine-wash it in the low temperature (86°F/30°C).
NOTE: Sizes (40, 45, 50...) are providing a measurement of the back length in cm. You can see the whole size chart in the Specification card.
Using a flexible tape measure, please, measure the length of your dog’s back (C) => the distance between the shoulder blades and the base of the tail. Your dog should be standing up straight to guarantee an ideal measurement. The measured back length can then be used to determine the right clothing size.
When choosing a size, please consider the information of your dog’s neck circumference (A) and abdomen circumference (B) for the respective piece of clothing, as well as the information on the quality of the materials used or adjustment options.
The indicated clothing size (40, 45, 50…) refers to the length of the dog’s back.
