Returns & Exchanges.
HUNTER Pet Store will accept returns or exchanges of online orders up to 30 days after it has been received by the customer. JYF-Hunter kindly asks you to return the item with its original tags STILL ATTACHED and in original packaging. HUNTER Pet store also asks you to mail the item back with the original packing slip or receipt. In case of exchange, once the store has received the original item, they will promptly send out the replacement item.  Please note: All shipping charges must be paid by the customer.

In case of online order returns, once the return has been received, you'll receive a merchandise return card for the appropriate amount - electronic card sent via email or plastic one in case of in-store exchange. Merchandise return cards can be used for future in-store or online purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash. The store credit is valid for 30 days from a date of issue. If you live in the Fort Lauderdale, Florida area, please feel free to return your online order to the store located in The Galleria Mall. In-store returns must also come with the original tags attached and the original receipt. 

Toys and treats that have been used or chewed on are not eligible for returns or exchange.
