HUNTER Pet Store will accept returns of online orders up to 30 days after it has been received by customer.
In case you’d need to return the order, please let us know about it by filling out the form here - “Contact us”. Then ship the item/s back to us to this address:

The return shipping charges must be paid by customer. Toys and treats that have been used or chewed on are not eligible for returns.
HUNTER Pet Store kindly asks you to return the item/s with its original tags still attached and if possible, in its original packaging. We also ask you to mail the item back with a copy of the original packing slip or receipt. Any merchandise that is in used condition, dirty and/or returned without its tag may be refused or subject to a repackaging fee.
When the item is back in our hands, we will issue a refund for the product immediately. The shipping charges are not refundable.
Once the refund is issued you will receive a notification about it via email or text message. The refunded amount is always going back to your original method of payment.
