Return & Exchange Policy

HUNTER Pet Store will accept returns or exchanges of online orders up to 30 days after it has been received by the customer. HUNTER Pet Store kindly asks you to return the item with its original tags STILL ATTACHED and in original packaging. HUNTER Pet store also asks you to mail the item back with a copy of the original packing slip or receipt. The item must be in new and resellable condition.

In case of exchange, please, add a note to the package with an information about the size you'd need to exchange it with or call call the store in advance for their assistance. Once the store has received the original item, they will promptly send out the replacement item.  Please note: All shipping charges must be paid by the customer.

In case of online order returns, once the return has been received, you'll be informed about it by our customer service representative and we will finish the process immediately. If you live in Fort Lauderdale, Florida area, please feel free to return your online order to the store located in The Galleria Mall. In-store returns must also come with the original tags attached and the original receipt. 

Toys and treats that have been used or chewed on are not eligible for returns or exchange.
